Fifteen years ago, I embarked on a personal quest to research and understand my late father’s experiences as a bomber pilot and prisoner of war in WWII.

I studied his journal of photographs and paintings, interviewed veterans, traveled to Europe, and served on the Board of Directors for the Aero Space Museum of Calgary and the Air Force Museum Society of Alberta. My journey resulted in an authentic and fact-based work of historical fiction, Two Knots Right. I am represented by Paula Munier at Talcott Notch Literary Agency.

Below is my father's journal of sketches, photos, and his memories. Look around the site to learn more about his story and my journey.
